Dr. Hazzouri finds it extremely rewarding to see patients who have been coming to the practice for 50, 60, and sometimes more than 70 years.

“I’ve been coming to Hazzouri since 1949,” states lifelong patient, Theresa. “That’s when his father opened the practice in the Medical Arts Building in Scranton.”

When Dr. Hazzouri saw her date of birth, he said, “Teresa, you’ve been coming here for 77 years.” She said, “Yes, I’ve been coming since 1949, and you and your dad have been my only dentists,” which is a real honor.

Theresa continued: “After 77 years of coming here, I still have my original teeth. Aren’t they beautiful? In fact, I had a sister-in-law who worked for a dentist, and she told me, ‘Why don’t you come to him? I’ll get you the family rate.’ I said, ‘I get the family rate here. What do you mean?’ I never had any problems. He’s been wonderful to me.”
